Brain Training in 3 easy steps:

A set of 5 sensors are gently applied to your scalp and ears with conductive paste and clips. When engaged, these sensors simply "listen" for the electrical signals emitting from your brain, at a rate of 256 times per second, and transmits them through a digitizer allowing our proprietary software to detect changes and/or disturbances in the signals.
This is the main segment of training and will last for about 33 minutes. You will be sitting in a comfortable recliner while listening to a special encoded music selection. Our music works in synchronicity with our brain training software that provides the "mirror" effect for your brain to process. During this time you can watch the screen, dabble on your phone, read, meditate, or even take a power nap.
Each of our multi-session clients will receive a Progress Planner that helps provide additional brain training support tools. When used consistently, the planner pushes you to become more intentional and aware of your daily objectives; as a result of your productive habits, an improved version of you will emerge.
